Refund policy
At Tabshop Enterprises, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality nail art products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, our refund policy ensures a fair resolution under the following terms:
Refund
refund will be credited with in 3 to 5 days
Return
Return & Exchange will be accepted will with 4 to 7 days.
Exchange product will be delivered with 4 to 5 days
Refund Eligibility
A refund will only be processed if you provide a clear and complete unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened.
The video must clearly show :
- The outer package (with label visible)
- The product inside the package
- The defect or incorrect item
Without a valid unboxing video, refund requests will not be accepted.
Conditions for Refund
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition (except in the case of a damaged or wrong item).
- Only defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped items are eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind or personal dislike of color/design.
How to Request a Refund
- Record a clear unboxing video.
- Email the video and your order details to tabshop01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our team will review the evidence and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refund Method
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or UPI/bank transfer as applicable. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
