Refund policy

At Tabshop Enterprises, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality nail art products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, our refund policy ensures a fair resolution under the following terms:

Refund 

refund will be credited with in 3 to 5 days

Return

Return & Exchange will be accepted will with 4 to 7 days.
Exchange product will be delivered with 4 to 5 days

Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be processed if you provide a clear and complete unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened.

The video must clearly show :
  • The outer package (with label visible)
  • The product inside the package
  • The defect or incorrect item

Without a valid unboxing video, refund requests will not be accepted.

Conditions for Refund
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition (except in the case of a damaged or wrong item).
  • Only defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped items are eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind or personal dislike of color/design.
How to Request a Refund
  1. Record a clear unboxing video.
  2. Email the video and your order details to tabshop01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will review the evidence and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refund Method

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or UPI/bank transfer as applicable. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
